A top note of menthol is present on the spicier aromas of dark raspberry and cherry. The succulent, energetic and very round flavors exude a subtle minerality on the lingering if again slightly drying finish that my projected range assumes will likely harmonize with a year or two of bottle age.
Charming ripe raspberries, cherries, obvious spice aromas, and at the same time juicy, vigorous and round mouthfeel.
