The 2019 Beaune les Epenottes 10% whole-cluster fruit. This has a lovely, delineated bouquet of cranberry and wild strawberry fruit, the mineralité coming through nicely with aeration.
The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and fine depth. A little oaky toward the finish, although that will be subsumed with time. Slightly confit in style, perhaps, and full of vivacity.
