The color is very translucent garnet (much more than 2018). The nose is fine and fresh, on morello cherries and violets, with a twist of a pepper mill. The mouth is round, very ample, airy, deploying with energy a delicate, silky substance, expressing a delicious and tasty fruit, on a mineral and spicy background.
The tonic finish continues in the same vein, without the slightest hardening, with persistence on sour cherry, damp earth, and pepper.
