Dark ruby red, with a nose characterised by rich scents of fruit which transform into spicy and very slightly balsamic notes. Great body, tasty and rich, pleasantly tannic with a touch of crispness that perfectly draws its contours. A gentle almond flavour offers a finish which is perfectly persistent.
Served with all courses of a meal, “Vigna Tecc” from Poderi Luigi Eindaudi is a Dogliani which pairs beautifully with filled pasta, like traditional agnolotti al plin.
