Espolon – Flor De Oro Reposado Tequila

Our first seasonal release, honoring and celebrating the traditions of Día de Los Muertos. A new to world expression of tequila, made by taking Reposado, aged in new Oak barrels, and blended with organic Marigold Extract; adding a rare, and elegant flavor profile.100% hand-harvested Blue Weber Agave is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in both pot and column stills. Creating a perfect balance of flavor and smoothness.Our process blends art and science, serenading our yeastwith classical music.The twist?Our aged liquid, matured for at least two months in America Oak barrels, is finished with a Marigold extract to achieve a refined and elegant Reposado taste.The name Flor de Oro, or Golden Flower, is a reference to the vibrant marigold flower that inspires the product. Our label features an Ofrenda to honor our founder, Cirilo, with “Oro” being in reverence to his last name, Oropeza. Here, we see our rooster Ramon, honoring our beloved founder after his passing in 2020.
