Fattoria dei Barbi Morellino di Scansano 2016 give us a bright ruby red colour with reflections tending to garnet. The aromas of cherry jam, wild berries, slightly withered flowers, mown grass and spices are released intense and well blended. At the sip it is full, round, harmonious, it has a long and pleasant persistence. The noble tannins envelop the palate as velvet.
We recommend it with pappardelle with wild boar ragout and aged hard cheeses.
