Golden yellow with brilliant green reflections. Strong aromas reminiscent of the Mediterranean with fresh flowers, chamomile, yellow peach and candied orange. Notes of the softness of the vine that are supplemented by freshness and minerality.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16/18 C, followed by 3 months maturation in stainless steal tanks.
