Color :
Intense purple Violent sparkles of abundant, colored and dense tear.
Nose :
High aromatic intensity with notes of black fruits and ripe blackthorn, very marked mineral profile that together with the notes from the barrel such as vanilla, spices and tobacco give this wine great character. The Tempranillo variety is very marked and well integrated with the barrel.
Taste :
The attack is fatty and intense with a sweet tooth, showing great finesse. Acidity balanced with alcohol, predominantly the typical freshness of the “Valpiedras”. Long, mineral finish, with memories of fine woods and great freshness.
Pairing :
Pots of vegetables and legumes, chicken soups. Regarding meats, it is best with white, turkey, lamb and pork. Perfect accompaniment of rice with rabbit and stewed pularda.
