The wine is elegant and round with notes of black currant, raspberry and spice. It is bright and juicy.
Serve lightly chilled with white meat or richer fish dishes, also great with goat cheeses.
This Pinot Noir is classified as a Vin de France. The grapes are from younger vines (15 years old) grown on the clay soils of Touraine. The maceration period lasts 3 days before fermentation which lasts for 12 days.
