A subtle application of wood sets off a ripe but elegant and well-layered nose that consists of aromas of essence of pear, white flower and hints of citrus. There is excellent vibrancy and slightly better detail as well to the appealingly textured flavors that evidence more prominent minerality on the saline, balanced and solidly powerful finish.
The Perrières is a high-toned, mineral wine, with a bouquet of white flowers, lemon zest and crushed rocks. This leads into a tense, pure, soil-driven palate which tempers some of the opulence of the domaine’s style.Drinking Window 2018 – 2035.
