Barrel aging in both American oak Bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso casks infuses it with a rich, complex flavor despite its light, drinkable character. The nose is rich with aromas of fig, cherry, and citrus. Flavors of honey and vanilla are infused from the Bourbon barrels, while the Oloroso casks layer notes of raisin and toasted walnut. The finish carries ginger, almond, and earthy notes.
