This is an organic small-batch vodka from Sonoma County, distilled from grapes. The citrus component is exceedingly mild, reading as just a step beyond what an unflavored vodka would provide. Look for a faint straw tinge and a whisper of lemon peel on the nose and palate, which otherwise is bracing, neutral and crisp.
Fresh organic Meyer Lemons are peeled by hand, and those peels are then given a long maceration in our Organic Original Vodka to infuse that sweet tart lemon flavor.
