The Premier Cru Brut is yellow in color with golden highlights. It has fine bubbles with a creamy mousse. Medium-bodied, with fine intensity that hints of peach, honey, citrus and gingerbread flavors.
This champagne is nicely balanced, with bright acidity and a supple texture.
