This Alexander Valley Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits black berry, black cheery, and licorice aromas and flavors, which are characteristic of this region’s wines. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels has also contributed layers of mocha and vanilla.
This wine is wonderful with aged ribeye, lamb roast, or pasta dishes with red sauce.
