Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Piercing lemon, lime and talc aromas are followed by a hint of green apple and mineral.
The palate is lighter and leaner than expected with steely flavours of lemon and lime alongside a touch of orange rind with a dry steely mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity with an aftertaste of lime, lemon and steely mineral.
