The wine is made with whole fruit (not cluster), 70% new oak, winemaker have chosen an elegant expression though there is still plenty of restrained power within, long aging candidate, the 16 is overall more complex than the 15.
Deep burgundy color with nose smells of menthol, hazelnut, roasted chestnut, blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, cranberry, tobacco and licorice, full body with refined tannin and balanced acidity, tastes of cassis, dried cranberry, hibiscus, black plum, dark chocolate and Nutella.
