Round and silky on the palate with bright acidity and a bright, lingering finish. This Chardonnay is medium bodied and right on point with grilled shrimp and creamy polenta.
This wine is made with selected fruit from carefully maintained vineyards in the Olivet area of the Russian River Valley.
The wine is fermented in a combination of small French oak barrels and stainless steel, and then aged on its lees for nine months for added complexity.
