I Nobili is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the rolling hills of Castiglione Falletto and La Morra in Italy’s Piemonte region. The wine is produced naturally, without the use of herbicides or chemicals, and then aged for 24 months in large five year-old barrels, delivering an integrated wine of noble character.
With generous aromas of dried rose petal, cherry, and sweet spice, I Nobili is an ideal accompaniment for savory meat and hard cheeses.
