Low yields, a long traditional vinification, a great control of temperatures give the latter a black robe with purplish reflections, an intense nose of black fruits, complex with notes of ripe red fruits, a generous, powerful and intense mouth.
This I’m the Boss, 100% Malbec, will perfectly accompany Mediterranean tapas, a nice grilled rib of beef as well as spicy cuisine or mature cheeses …
