Silky smooth and well balanced, our Pinot Noir has layered notes of strawberry, cherry and boysenberry. The fruit flavors are enriched by well integrated oak and blended with Petit Verdot to achieve a substantial body. Our Pinot Noir is rich and complex with soft tannins and a long layered finish. Petit Verdot contributes to the beautiful color and body of the wine.
Providing a great deal of shade for the ripening clusters helps keep the varietal on the cooler side and ensures more continuity of grape size within the cluster. In the cellar, we take care to press Pinot Noir gently and have a delicate oak treatment, about 4 months with 20% new French oak.
