From an exciting new wave South African producer, Intellego. A blend of 66% Syrah, 26% Cinsault and 8% Mourvèdre grapes. Whole bunch fermented under semi-carbonic conditions for 8 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged in a mixture of different size old barrels which help preserve these vibrant flavours. Aromas of berry fruit, slightly floral, earthy and spicy.
