Deep yellow. At first, slightly funky nose that blows off to reveal toast and cream. Quite soft and buttery in taste. Lots of sour milk from the malolactic. A touch of bitterness in the finish.
Try with Fish – Meaty & Oily, Shellfish, Cheese – Fresh & Soft.
