This fresh and balanced white wine is a true testament to the multi-faceted identity of the town Collio, whose location harbours the spirit of its Slovenian and Austrian neighbours while maintaining a sense of Friulian identity. Iermann’s 2014 “Vinnae” Venezia Giulia IGT white wine, whose name pays respect to the quaint farm country origins of the Iermann family, features an assemblage of grapes composed primarily of the Ribolla Gialla variety.
It is fermented, in part, in Slavonian oak barrels and features an enjoyable mild to medium body that is richly acidic.
