This is a consistently impressive wine that has impeccable balance. The three varieties of marsanne, roussanne and viognier harmonise perfectly. Gorgeous, high-toned lemon zest aromatics. The palate has delicious citrus and stone fruit flavours, supported by bright, chalky acidity. It is a great example of its type and has room to grow with age.
An intricate or interwoven combination of elements into a coherent structure. Traditional, low intervention winemaking techniques are employed with Plexus, allowing the wine to be approachable in its youth, but also have medium term cellaring potential for 8-10 years.
