This extra anejo tequilais made using Jose Cuervo’s best possible ingredients, like 100% blue agave harvested at full maturity from a single crop field. French and American oak barrels are used to age this tequila before it’s blended with tequila hidden away in Jose Cuervo’s cellars. Once blended, it spends another year in Spanish sherry barrels to finish and develop a full, complex flavor.
