Balanced with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus married with subtle oak notes. The palate is bright and fresh, with lingering flavors of juicy yellow peaches, lemon oil, and crème brulee. The wine shows great, soft texture and finishes long.Great enough with seafood-infused pasta dishes. Pretty good with pork chops, and its sweetness melds okay with bacon. We don’t recommend it with red sauce pasta or a rare Wagyu steak (but you should be drinking Caymus Special Selection Cabernet with that anyway)
