Full-bodied Spanish dry rose has been reinvented and this is a good example. With more freshness, it is brighter than these wines used to be a generation ago. Where is the paella? Drink now or in 2018.
Lurid orange-pink. Red currant, strawberry and a suggestion of orange zest on the incisive nose and palate. Dry, nervy and focused, offering firm back-end cut and building spiciness. Finishes with firm grip, refreshing bitterness and nice, red-fruit-tinged persistence.
