This 18-hectare island of gravelly-clay soils located in the neighbouring commune was purchased by Chateau LAGRANGE in 2012. This cooler area is less than 5 kilometres from Lagrange and its milder climate near the river. The team have risen to this new challenge, with all their savoir-faire and the technical means available, to produce Cabernet Sauvignons and Merlots that boast a pure fruitiness and rare elegance.
