Todd put the resulting Bourbon back into freshly-dumped Three Chamber rye barrels and that extra maturation was just what this whiskey needed. Flavors of sweet grains and graham crackers, along with an oiliness from the viscosity of the rye whiskey finish, coat this whiskey like icing on a cake.
