Another classic Salice Salentino from Puglia and Li Veli. Lots of Cherry with oak and chocolate notes. Goes well with a cheese fondue. Luscious, dark and medium bodied.
Cherry, plum, prune, thyme, sage and other spices. It has some heft but not imposing or overwhelming. Solid legs. It is transporting me to Pulia, the sun and sea.
