A bit off-dry and no buttery taste. In theare aromas of barlet pear, yellow delicious apple as well as hints of citrus and vanilla.
On the palate there are flavors of pear, apple, pineapple, Meyer lemon, vanilla and a slight trace of white pepper. Nice long finish that pairs well with chicken, grilled seafood and cream based pasta dishes.
