A nice midweek wine went well with the Greek chicken salad. Tart with flavors of green apple, citrus and graphite. Needed a wine for dinner, this was on sale, so it worked.
Medium body. Balanced juicy & dry. Eureka lemon. Chili. Roasted strawberry. Rose floral.
