This Chablis has a very nice golden yellow color. It is a lipid, bright and fresh wine, which taste and bouquet develop relatively quickly.
It can be served with oysters, charcuterie and fried fish. It also goes well with goat cheese.
Terrific aromas of ripe peaches and more exotic fruit, leading to a palate that has assertive acidity and a wealth of tart, young peaches.
