Bright and clean pale yellow. Fresh, medium-intensity nose, aromas of white fruit (pear and sweet melon), with some touches of citrus, bananas, fresh herbs, mild menthol and a hint of chamomile.
Fresh on the palate, with a sharp and marked taste of citrus (lime and yellow grapefruit). Intense and pleasant, with a medium-long finish and aftertaste of citrus.Made from dry farmed bush vines. Age of vines: 30-60 years old. Farming: Sustainable. Ferments in barrel, and ages for 8 months in 100% French oak.
