The Serra Brada of Mandrarossa is a Cabernet Sauvignon. Born in south-western Sicily, at Memphis (AG) from brady land, very fertile, which gives the wine a strong minerality. Purple, delicate hints of sage, rosemary and eucalyptus. smooth palate with fine tannins. Excellent with roasted red meats, cured meats, game and aged cheeses.
COLOUR: QUITE INTENSE PURPLE THAT RECALLS THE COLOUR OF RIPE PLUMS.
NOSE: RED PLUMS AND DELICATE SCENTS OF SAGE, ROSEMARY AND EUCALYPTUS.
PALATE: STRONG MINERALITY WITH SOFT, FINE TANNINS AND INTENSE HINTS OF SAGE AND ROSEMARY.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% VOL
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
FOOD MATCHING: ROAST RED MEATS, BAKED SPICED POTATOES, WILD GAME SALAMI, SEASONED CHEESE.
