Red fruit, fennel frond, a little bark and crushed stone. A little lemon rind on the palate. Medium+ acid. A little more new world style. Acidity holds through the finish. Not linear or expansive on the palate.
Pale. Some spice and berry. Bit of sweetness on the entry. Nice clay base and some sap. Citric lift to the red fruit.
