Intense ruby-red color with lilac shadings. The odor is fresh and particularly fruity with scents of almonds. The flavor is dry, agreeably balanced due to the low level of acidity and velvety with a typically slight bitter aftertaste that recalls the olfactory sensations.
A great wine, special delicacy and charm. Stop shortly on the skins for 4/5 days and ferments only steel to preserve the fruity aromas that we find intense and typical in this Dolcetto d’Alba signed Marchesi di Barolo which has the added advantage of ensuring a good relationship between quality and price.
