Produced from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semyon grapes. The source of the grapes is in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. The vintage is manual. Characterized by aromas and lemon and floral flavors. A sharp, crisp and fresh wine.
The graceful flavor profile makes it very easy to drink as a vibrant aperitif or partner for pan-fried fish, fresh seafood, sushi, leafy salads, or spicy Asian dishes.
