The wine is dark ruby red color. Elegant taste wine with great balance of acidity and rounded tannins filled with bright, incredibly juicy fruit with dominant tones of cherry and black currant jam, and a long aftertaste remembered pleasant spicy undertones. In a very saturated bouquet of wine expressive aromas of ripe red berries, black currants, blackberries and cherries harmoniously complemented by notes of undergrowth, flowers violets, vanilla and other spices. In later years further exhibits nuances of pine resin and fur animals.
It is traditionally consumed with cheeses, game, venison under the spicy sauce and other dishes from red meat.
