Clos du Chapitre is located in the middle heart of Aloxe-Corton village.
Aromas of this wine remind little black fruits like blackcurrent, blackberry, blueberry and tannins are racy, straight, and robust.
A brooding, sauvage bouquet of cassis, red plum, rich soil and chocolate is the prelude to a full-bodied, frim wine framed by some serious savoury tannins and juicy acids, though this remains quite refined for a young Aloxe-Corton : watch it blossom with a decade in the cellar.
