This thrilling Cabernet has full-bodied power, terrific purity, no hard edges, and a layered, deep, rich, and serious style.
The deep garnet-purple colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Sage Ridge gives fragrant crème de cassis, spiced black cherries, preserved plums and lilacs with touches of chocolate box, wood smoke and tobacco plus a hint of crushed stones. The palate is medium to full-bodied, firm and structured with great freshness and loads of layers. 150 cases produced.
