With aromatics of ripe apple and white peach, the 2015 Chardonnay has a creamy texture that makes it easy to drink. Medium-bodied with underlying notes of roasted almonds and nectarine confit, it finishes clean and crisp with a lovely persistent flint like minerality.
This is a nicely balanced Chard with waxy apple skins, lemon rind, toasty oak notes and a slight honey and copper-penny quality. While the oak influence is more apparent on the palate, the oily texture and acidity are in harmony.
