NEBCo. barrels were provided to Lord Hobo Brewing Company where they proceeded to age stout for 4.5 months. NEBCo. took these barrels back the day they were emptied and immediately filled each barrel with a single barrel of bourbon. This bourbon was allowed to rest or finish for 7.5 months before being bottled at cask-strength and non-chill filtered.
Mashbill: 75% Corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley.
