Young dark bluish purple. Low intensity aroma of bell pepper, roses, blackberries, smoke and hints of boiled vegetables like artichokes. Light body, balanced smooth tannins. It’s medium short and much more clean/clear taste than smell.
Good regular wine. Never tried zweigelt before. Cherry, plum, a not excessively tannic. The finish is more pino noir than anything.
