Volcanic Chardonnay is a dry white wine produced purely from Chardonnay grapes, which went through a slow and cold fermentation process. The wine was aged in French oak barrels over a period of 5 months sur lie. Light golden in color, with an aromatic nose and light wood influences, the wine’s flavor reveals pineapple, ripe melon fruits and citrus.
The use of selected grapes combined with aging in the finest oak barrels give this fresh, crisp wine a nice long finish
