The Odette Reserve Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in 80% new French Oak and sur lie aged for 16 months on its lees. Extremely slow, cool, native fermentations contributed to the purity of fruit, elegance and true expression of this site. Appealing now but worthy of aging, this “old shot wente” selection offers notes of stone fruits, lemon zest, beeswax, apple blossoms and jasmine, framed by stunning freshness and a gorgeous texture.
