This is aromatically quite similar to the Abbaye de Morgeot with perhaps just a bit more exotic character. There is excellent richness to the very round and suave medium-bodied flavors that possess very fine intensity on the highly persistent finale. This is neither especially elegant nor stylish but it is wonderfully delicious and a wine that should be approachable young.
Orange blossom, racy, streamlined palate to a vivacious and lively finish. Delightful.
Ideal with a lotte fillet cooked with dill, salmon and white meat such as veal.
