The Or Haganuz Marom Cabernet Sauvignon is made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Shamai vineyard located in northern Galilee. Situated 800 meters above sea level the vineyard is comprised of terra rosa. This wine is red in color with aromas of ripe, black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum and raspberry. The wine spends 14 months aging in French oak barrels which leads to a complex taste and a smooth, long, impressive finish.
With a dark red violet color and aromas of black cherry and fennel, this wine has flavors of black cherry, mint and clove. The scale tips in the direction of cooling herbs over fruit, and the warm finish is a bit one-dimensional.
