Merom Shamai is a dry red Cabernet Sauvignon with a deep red-Bordeaux color, rich aroma of dried fruits and volcanic earth, a round, velvety flavor, and a smooth and pleasant finish. Produced from northern Galilee Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Shamai vineyard.
This wine is red in color with aromas of ripe, black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum and raspberry. The wine spends 14 months aging in French oak barrels which leads to a complex taste and a smooth, long, impressive finish.
