Nose of grapes, cherry, and a hint of minerals and clay. The flavor is very silky lightly dry and fruit forward cherry. The finish is light in tannin with some peppery finish and aftertaste and a bit of floral sweetness. Pairing with some homemade Italian sausage and zucchini soup! Rainy day sipping and slurping!
